Tied Fleece Blankets

This is a no-sew blanket. Very quick to make. Recommend using a rotatory cutter for cutting the strips.
Directions:
- Buy 2 yards each of to 2 coordinating fabrics.
- Trim salvage edges.
- Lay wrong sides together. May need to trim a bit to match sides.
- Cut 6-inch squares through both fabrics from all four corners.
- Cut 1 to 1-1/2 inch wide 6-inch strips through both fabrics along all sides.
- Tie square knots with coordinating strips.

Rag Fleece Blankets

These are fun blankets to make.
Directions:
- Select 3 colors of fleece fabric.
- Need 1-1/8 yards for each fabric selected.
- Cut fabric into 9″ x 9″ squares.
- Use a 1-inch seam allowance, sew seven squares across and eight down in pattern you determine.
- Snip edges for rag-like appearance.
